Shipping Policy

Key Information:

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 17:00 (CET/CEST) are processed the same business day.
  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Delivery timeframe:
    -UK, Ireland, USA: 5–11 business days (including handling and transit time)
    -Canada, Australia: 7–13 business days (including handling and transit time)
  • Tracking: Customers receive a tracking link by email once their order is dispatched.

Order confirmation & tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
  • A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is sent when the parcel is dispatched (typically within 1–3 business days).

Delays
If the maximum stated time (handling + transit) has passed, please allow up to 2 additional business days and check the tracking link. If the order still hasn’t arrived, contact support@iconsfootwear.com and we’ll investigate.

Address changes
If you need to update the delivery address, email support@iconsfootwear.com before dispatch. Once shipped, we’re unable to modify the address.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@iconsfootwear.com. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible; please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Undeliverable or failed delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment (free under our current policy) or a refund excluding any non-recoverable carrier fees, if applicable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@iconsfootwear.com with photos of the parcel and product within 7 days of delivery. We will review and arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
