Eligibility

  1. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  2. Returns requested after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
  3. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

Return Process

  • Contact us first: Email support@iconsfootwear.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Approval: Once reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
  • Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and provide a suitable resolution.
