Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Returns requested after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
Return Process
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@iconsfootwear.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and provide a suitable resolution.
